Role Overview

Curacity is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our B2B demand generation strategy and serve as the dedicated marketing partner to our Sales organization.

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer with a dotted line to the VP of Sales, this role will be responsible for building and executing marketing programs that generate qualified demand and directly contribute to revenue growth. The Senior Manager will own defined commercial KPIs, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), qualified Meetings/Demos, Marketing-Sourced Pipeline, and Marketing-Sourced Revenue.

The role will lead integrated B2B marketing programs across media partnerships, industry events and sponsorships, email and marketing automation, targeted campaigns, and other demand generation channels. Working closely with Sales, the Senior Manager will identify priority audiences and accounts, develop programs that create engagement and qualified sales opportunities, and continually optimize marketing investments based on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

  • Own Curacity’s B2B demand generation strategy and execution, with direct accountability for MQLs, qualified Meetings/Demos, Marketing-Sourced Pipeline, and Marketing-Sourced Revenue.
  • Serve as the dedicated marketing partner to Sales, working closely with the VP of Sales and Sales team to align marketing programs with revenue goals, target accounts, and pipeline priorities.
  • Establish quarterly and annual marketing targets in partnership with Sales and commercial leadership and develop programs designed to achieve them.
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across media partnerships, paid programs, email, marketing automation, webinars, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Build targeted campaigns around priority customer segments, accounts, geographies, and commercial opportunities.
  • Own lead capture, qualification, nurture, and follow-up strategies designed to move prospects from initial engagement to qualified Sales conversations.
  • Develop and manage email marketing and marketing automation programs, including prospect nurture, event follow-up, targeted campaigns, and ongoing engagement.
  • Continually test and optimize channels, campaigns, messaging, and spend based on lead quality, funnel performance, and revenue impact.

Media Partnerships & Events

  • Own Curacity’s marketing relationships and programs with key industry media partners, publications, conferences, and associations.
  • Manage major lead generation and media partnerships, ensuring each investment has clearly defined audience, lead generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead Curacity’s event marketing strategy across major industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking engagements, hosted events, and Sales-led activations.
  • Partner closely with Sales to prioritize events based on target-account presence, pipeline opportunity, strategic importance, and expected ROI.
  • Develop integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event strategies designed to maximize meetings and commercial outcomes from Curacity’s event investments.
  • Coordinate attendee targeting, lead capture, Sales outreach, follow-up campaigns, and nurture to ensure event engagement translates into pipeline.
  • Maximize the value of speaking engagements and media partnerships by connecting them to broader demand generation and Sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate events, sponsorships, and media partnerships based on measurable commercial performance and use those insights to inform future investment.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Performance

  • Partner with Sales to develop the messaging, campaigns, case studies, presentations, prospect communications, and other priority materials needed to support prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain close alignment with Sales on lead quality, follow-up, conversion, and changing pipeline needs.
  • Own reporting across Curacity’s marketing funnel, including MQLs, Meetings/Demos, Opportunities, Marketing-Sourced Pipeline, and Marketing-Sourced Revenue.
  • Maintain clear visibility into conversion rates throughout the funnel and identify opportunities to improve marketing and Sales performance.
  • Establish measurement frameworks for major campaigns, events, media partnerships, and other marketing investments.
  • Provide regular reporting to the CBO, VP of Sales, and executive leadership on performance against marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, ROI, and key learnings.
  • Own the marketing budget and prioritize spend toward the channels and programs demonstrating the strongest commercial impact.

Marketing Resources & Brand

  • Manage external PR, communications, design, creative, and other marketing resources to support priority company and Sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate priority PR, executive thought leadership, speaking, and company communications initiatives with external partners and executive leadership.
  • Oversee the development of key Sales and marketing materials, event assets, campaign creative, and priority website updates through external creative resources.
  • Ensure Curacity maintains clear, differentiated, and consistent messaging across priority Sales and marketing touchpoints.
  • Establish clear priorities and deliverables for external partners and hold them accountable for quality, timelines, and results.
  • Identify additional external resources when needed to execute against company priorities without diluting the role’s core focus on growth and demand generation.

Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • 7–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience owning measurable commercial marketing KPIs, including MQLs, qualified Meetings/Demos, marketing-sourced pipeline, and/or revenue.

  • Strong experience with B2B event marketing, including conferences, sponsorships, pre-event targeting, lead capture, Sales coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Strong analytical orientation and experience using funnel and campaign data to optimize marketing investment and performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop clear, compelling B2B marketing and Sales messaging.
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, designers, and other marketing resources.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a lean organization and focus resources on the highest-impact initiatives.

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, travel technology, AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or adjacent B2B industries.
  • Familiarity with the travel and hospitality ecosystem
  • Experience working with industry media companies and integrated media partnerships that combine lead generation, events, content, and/or executive visibility.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar technologies.
