Opportunity: Curacity is looking for a Director, Partnerships with 8-10+ years experience in hospitality marketing, technology or digital media to expand its partner ecosystem with soft brands, revenue management consultants, software/tech and media agencies; to grow and integrate its value proposition for its hospitality customers in the luxury hotel and cruise categories. This role will be pivotal in opening doors, qualifying new partners and nurturing healthy partnerships that yield mutual benefits for partners and customers alike.
Required Skills:
- Strategic Planner: Ability to identify potential partnerships, evaluate their value, and develop a plan to establish and grow the partnership.
- Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and negotiate terms with partners.
- Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Networker: Extensive network in relevant industries, with the ability to make connections and build relationships with potential partners.
- Market and industry knowledge hound: Comprehensive understanding of the market and industry trends, ability to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Project manager: Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Financial acumen: Understanding of financial metrics, ability to evaluate the financial impact of partnerships and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders within the company and with partners.
