**Note: this position is fully onsite at our Fayetteville, Arkansas office headquarters.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Working with SDR team, proactively identify and engage potential clients while maintaining an active sales pipeline, including consistent tracking and reporting of all sales activities to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Solution Consulting & Technical Communication: Effectively demonstrate platform capabilities and explain complex technical features in accessible terms, ensuring clear communication of how Acres' solutions address specific client needs and challenges in the land management space.
- Relationship Building & Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring ongoing client success with the platform.
- Sales Process Execution: Drive the sales process from initial contact through closing, including conducting compelling product demos, leading effective presentations, negotiating terms, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Intelligence & Product Feedback: Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape while gathering and communicating valuable customer feedback to inform product development and market strategy.
Key Competencies:
● Sales Excellence: Proven ability to build relationships, execute sales strategies, and close deals effectively in a technical or SaaS environment.
● Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technology with the ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with using a CRM/user-tracking software such as HubSpot
● Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying client challenges and mapping solutions, with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
● Industry Knowledge: Understanding of or genuine interest in agriculture, land management, and related technologies, with the ability to speak credibly about industry trends and challenges.
● Self-Direction: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
● Adaptability: Flexible approach to work with the ability to adjust strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
● Results Orientation: Strong drive for achievement with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.Some experience with Agriculture, Commercial Real Estate, or adjacent industries preferred
